An EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) is a comprehensive support programme for companies and their employees. It aims to enable the health, balance and performance of employees, even in critical situations.
Everyday working life, complex situations, the challenges of achieving the right life-work balance or personal stress can cause you, your employees or the team to lose their balance. The EAP programme helps to restore balance and maintain the health and productivity of the individual.
The EAP is primarily offered as an external employee counselling service in an individual setting, but can also include group supervision and workshops if required.
Individual sessions can be organised in various ways. Employees can come directly to the practice for a confidential session outside of the work setting. EAP can also take place online via video call. And regular consultation hours can be offered on site at the company.
The contents of the individual counselling sessions are subject to confidentiality, including with regard to the funding company. This ensures complete confidentiality, which is an important prerequisite for successful counselling sessions. Anonymised, statistical evaluations on the number, frequency and topic categories can be shared with the company.
